Note: We currently deliver orders only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Each order can be shipped to a single address only. To deliver to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

Dispatch Timelines

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving payment. In case of stock issues or high volume, dispatch may take up to 3–4 working days.

  • Pune: Delivered within 1–2 working days post dispatch.
  • Rest of Maharashtra: 2–5 working days.
  • Other states in India: 3–7 working days.

Shipping Partner

We ship all our orders through India Post, the government-operated postal system known for its extensive coverage across India, including remote and rural areas.

All shipments are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are based on the weight and size of the items in your order. Charges are calculated at checkout and reflect the current rates provided by India Post.

Note: If applicable, additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) will be displayed during checkout.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged package or suspect tampering, please take photographs and contact our support team within 1 working day of delivery:

Refunds for Gift Certificates or Coupons

If a purchase made using a gift certificate or coupon code is canceled or returned, the refund will be issued as store credit or a replacement code of equivalent value.
